- Return PeriodCustomers may request a return within 30 days upon receiving the order. If more than 30 days have passed since the shipment date, we may not be able to provide a refund or exchange service.

Our team will send you detailed return instructions and the return address. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method when sending back items. We may not accept unauthorized returns without prior confirmation.
- Return Shipping CostCustomers shall bear the return shipping fee unless any of the following situations applies: The product has quality defects; The item is damaged during transit; We shipped the wrong product. Once the order is dispatched, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- RefundAfter we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you of the result of your refund application, whether approved or rejected. If your application is approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment account. It usually takes 7 working days to process the refund.
